From $0 to Global: Building a Coaching Platform With AI Agents

Three things are true about my business right now:
I have 12 AI agents handling what would require 12 employees.
My entire operation costs $352 per month.
Revenue is near zero.
This is the honest story of building a global coaching platform with AI agents, no funding, and one human.
The Journey
It started with self-awareness coaching. The 7 Levels of Self - a framework I developed after years of working with people on the gap between who they are and who they present to the world. The framework worked. People transformed. But it was one person at a time, in a room, limited by geography and my own calendar.
Then I discovered something: the same principles that govern human self-awareness can govern AI agents. The pause before reacting. The boundary that cannot be crossed. The step-back to see the bigger picture. The dispatch instead of trying to do everything yourself.
That discovery led to two things: the Level Up Game and the Nervous System.
The Game
6,854 self-awareness scenarios across 175 countries. Each scenario places you in a real situation and asks: how do you respond? Then it shows you which level you are operating from and how to shift.
A single coach could never offer this. But an AI coaching agent, guided by the 7 Levels framework, running 24/7, accessible from anywhere in the world - that is a different conversation entirely.
Lily, our coaching agent, handles conversations on Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and the web. She is UNTOUCHABLE - her core logic cannot be modified by anyone, including other AI agents. She holds space the way a great coach does: consistently, without judgment, without agenda.
The Team
Here is what 12 AI agents look like in practice:
Tamara runs operations. She dispatches workers, monitors results, and reports status every morning and evening.
Lady handles email outreach - inbox management, classification, and sending.
Kris is the researcher. Job scanning, lead scoring, application automation.
Roman creates content. Press materials, lead enrichment, storytelling.
Lily coaches. The 7 Levels, the game, the exercises.
Spartak translates. Content across languages for international reach.
Harry tracks money. Revenue, costs, transactions.
Mr. Aram handles legal. Contracts, IP, compliance.
Nick does advanced training. Deep transformation work.
Uncle Lou personalizes content and distribution.
Harout handles real estate leads for our LA operation.
Each agent has specific permissions, specific boundaries, and a specific role. No overlap. No ambiguity.
The Math
What would this team cost with human staff?
Even at modest salaries, 12 part-time specialists would run $15,000 to $25,000 per month minimum. Our actual cost:
VPS server: $12/month
LLM access: $300/month
Vercel hosting: $20/month
Calendly scheduling: $20/month
Total: $352/month
That is not a typo. Twenty-two AI agents, running 24/7, covering 175 countries, for the cost of a nice dinner for two.
The Vision
The 6 doors we are building toward:
Anthropic Partnership - We built the management layer for their models. Implementation partner, not competitor.
Government AI Governance - Executive Order 14110 compliance. Our Nervous System is the guardrail layer.
UN/World Bank AI Programs - AI frameworks for developing nations. A $12 VPS is deployable anywhere.
Enterprise AI Ops - Fortune 500 companies need what we built.
AI Safety Research - Practical alignment tools, not theoretical papers.
Defense/Intelligence - File-based memory, no cloud dependency, local enforcement, complete audit trails.
The Honest Part
Revenue is near zero. No paying customers yet. The Stripe integration is live, the npm packages are published, the pricing page exists. But the gap between "built" and "sold" is where most startups die.
What keeps me going is simple: this works. Not theoretically. Actually works. 22 agents running. 56 governance violations caught and logged. Zero bypasses. A coaching game played across 175 countries. A framework that maps human awareness to AI governance in ways nobody else has done.
The question is not whether this is valuable. The question is whether I can get it in front of the right people before the runway runs out.
Not replacing humans. Augmenting one human to have global reach.
That is the mission. That is the math. And that is what $352 a month can build when you know what you are building and why.
